Leadership

Our Pastors
Bishop Trevor Alexander & Overseer Emma Alexander
True Vine Church is led by pastors whose spiritual guidance helps our members grow in faith while serving the needs of the church and surrounding communities.
Together they carry the teaching, counseling, and shepherding ministry of True Vine Church — pouring into families, mentoring leaders, and keeping this congregation anchored in Scripture.
Their heart for 2026 is simple: that this church would hold a faith immovable enough to move mountains, and open enough to welcome sons and daughters from the ends of the earth.

Overseer Emma Alexander
Pastor
Overseer Emma Marie Alexander was born in Misawa, Japan, while her father was stationed in the United States Air Force. Her late mother, Marie, instilled in her the love of God and His people. Her father, George, a resident of Sacramento, California, taught her how to be faithful to God and family.
Overseer Emma serves alongside her husband, Bishop Alexander, as Pastor of True Vine Church. The two met in March 1985, in West Germany, while they were both serving in the United States Army. They married on August 27, 1988, in Sacramento, California. They are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters.
Overseer Alexander received her undergraduate education from California State University, Sacramento, California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management. She obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Religious Studies from the University of the Incarnate Word and received her Doctor of Biblical Studies from Bread of Life Christian University Theological Seminary.
Overseer Emma has served as a school principal and currently holds a Texas Superintendent Certification. Because of her passion for prayer, education, and seeing children reach their fullest potential, Dr. Emma Alexander—an educator at heart—is launching True Vine Christian Academy.
As a 19-year Breast Cancer survivor, Overseer learned to trust God through the valley of the shadow of death. She turned her journey through cancer into a positive by helping and encouraging other women who have been diagnosed with the disease. Overseer Emma is a dedicated humanitarian. She has taken numerous missionary trips to share the love of Christ to those in need.
